This pickleball fight has millions of views
When these two pickleball players squared off at a park in California, it looked like we were headed for a bad situation.
But then they seemed to realize that they didn’t actually want to fight, so they just danced around the court for a while and puffed their chests out.
It still made for an entertaining video, though, and the comments on this post are hilarious.

In this clip from the episode, Townsend backs herself to overtake Anna Leigh Waters and become the No. 1 women's player in pickleball. It's a bold statement that makes the next matchup between the two players a must-watch.
Townsend also shares her journey from representing Australia in table tennis to discovering pickleball almost by accident, and why she believes the next wave of elite talent is coming from the Asia-Pacific region. Whether she's right or wrong, one thing is certain: She isn't lacking confidence.

JOOLA Pickleball is celebrating the brand's annual "JOOLA Week" starting Tuesday, with huge discounts on the popular Pro IV Series paddles, apparel, bags and more.
The sale runs through Monday, June 29. Here's a few of the best deals we found on JOOLA's website:
All Pro IV paddles with the exception of the Perseus are marked down to $179.95. It's the first time the Pro IV Series paddles are on sale for less than $200. THE PROS
St. Louis Shock win second MLP title this season
The Columbus Sliders were the talk of Major League Pickleball heading into last week’s event in St. Petersburg, Florida.
Earlier this month they made a blockbuster trade to acquire Tyra Black, giving them four starters (Parris Todd, Tyra Black, Andrei Daescu and CJ Klinger) who are all Top 10 doubles players on the PPA Tour — a claim no other team can make.
But the teams at the top of the league standings that were in the field — St. Louis and Los Angeles — dismissed all that hype and continued their consistent play, with the Shock and Mad Drops winning their respective groups and meeting for the third time this season in Sunday’s MLP St. Petersburg final (they had split the previous two meetings).
Ultimately St. Louis won the rubber match — and the 25 standings points up for grabs this week — with a 3-0 win over Los Angeles. It’s the second time in a row that the Shock have swept the Mad Drops, and they’ve now taken over first place in the league standings.
While the Shock were claiming another event title, the new-look Sliders settled for a disappointing 5th place finish after losses in Group Play to Palm Beach and St. Louis. They ended on a high note, though, with a 3-0 sweep over the Chicago Slice on Sunday.

Pickle Money Ball’s $250K Super Series event heads to Florida
Pickle Money Ball has announced that its East Super Series event has been relocated from the Boston market to Daytona Beach, Florida.
The tournament will take place Sept. 24-27 at Pictona at Holly Hill and feature a guaranteed $250,000 prize pool, with each doubles division paying $10,000 and each singles division paying $5,000. Players of all skill levels can compete across 29 divisions, including Men’s Doubles, Women’s Doubles, Mixed Doubles, Coed Singles and Women’s Singles Open.
The move comes just weeks before Pickle Money Ball’s $600,000 Regional Championship at The Fort in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
“Relocating our East Coast Super Series to Daytona Beach allows us to build momentum heading into our $600,000 Florida Regional Championship at The Fort just a few weeks later,” said Pickle Money Ball COO Clay Deen.
